Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to Iron Forge ("the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Iron Forge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and End User License Agreement ("EULA"), as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

For users downloading the App via the Apple App Store, this Agreement incorporates Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA).

1. Health & Physical Activity Disclaimer

Iron Forge is a strength training logbook and workout analytics tool designed for powerlifters and athletes. Iron Forge is not a medical organization and cannot provide medical advice or diagnoses. Heavy strength training, powerlifting, and the conjugate method carry inherent physical risks of injury. You should consult a qualified physician before undertaking any rigorous exercise program. By using the App, you expressly agree that your participation in athletic activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

2. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Iron Forge Pro)

Iron Forge offers optional auto-renewable subscription tiers ("Iron Forge Pro") providing access to advanced analytics, unlimited variation tracking, coach rosters, and automated progress reviews.

Payment & Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Account Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your App Store or Google Play Account Settings after purchase.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. User Accounts & Content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree that any workout data, comments, nicknames, or content you share will not violate any applicable laws or the rights of others. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content in our social and coaching features.

4. User Generated Content & Social Conduct

Iron Forge provides community features including friend leaderboards, workout sharing, and coach assignments. We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account that violates our standards of respectful athletic conduct, harassment prevention, or community safety.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, UI designs, code, algorithms, and branding of Iron Forge are the exclusive property of Iron Forge. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Termination & Account Deletion

You may terminate your account and delete all associated personal data at any time directly within the App (Settings → Account → Delete Account) or by visiting our Account Deletion Portal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Forge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
